- Wovens & Wearables at the Ellington Farmers Market (Ellington): Browse local textile crafts, farm goods, and morning treats on Saturday starting at 9:00AM at 72 Maple Street.
- Fall Festival at Nellie McKnight Museum (Ellington): A Saturday morning festival starting at 9:00AM (70 Main Street). Kids can build their own take-home scarecrows (straw provided, bring old clothes) and explore a real monster truck.
- Perceived Paranormal at Stafford Farmers Market (Stafford Springs): On Saturday at 11:00AM (51 Old Springfield Road), families can meet historical researchers to look over local gravestone restorations, explore genealogy tracking, and hear historical stories.
